Flexible Dental Financing Options in Atlanta, GA

Major dental treatment is easier to evaluate when the financial details are clear at the same time as the clinical plan. Before you commit, you should know the estimated fee, whether treatment can be phased, how you can pay, and what your insurance may reimburse.

Smiles by Mario Montoya is a fee-for-service, out-of-network practice. Direct payment options include major credit and debit cards, cash in U.S. dollars, ACH or wire transfer, and Stripe checkout. Financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry Financing, Proceed Finance, Affirm, Klarna, and selected in-house payment plans for eligible multi-stage treatment.

We provide itemized superbills with standard ADA codes for patients who want to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

How You Can Pay Directly

We accept the following forms of direct payment:

When an In-House Payment Schedule May Be Available

Some eligible multi-phase treatment plans may be structured with payment schedules arranged directly through the practice. These in-house plans are considered individually and should be agreed upon before the relevant treatment phase begins.

They are not a universal financing program for every procedure or patient.

Third-Party Financing Options

Third-party financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry Financing, Proceed Finance, Affirm, and Klarna. Each company sets its own approval criteria, rates, promotional offers, and payment terms. We can show you which options are available, but the financing provider determines eligibility and the terms of any agreement.

Why Complex Dental Treatment Does Not Have One Flat Price

A treatment estimate reflects the architecture of the case, not merely the name of the procedure. The number of teeth, material selection, surgical needs, laboratory work, implants, and treatment phases can all change the scope and cost.

A veneer case involving several front teeth is very different from a full-mouth rehabilitation that includes bite changes, provisionals, implants, and zirconia restorations. We review the proposed sequence and estimated fees so you can see what is included instead of comparing two very different plans by one headline number.

What Fee-for-Service and Out-of-Network Mean Here

Smiles by Mario Montoya does not accept dental insurance directly and does not participate as an in-network provider. Treatment recommendations are made according to clinical needs, materials, and patient goals rather than an insurance network's coverage rules.

If you want to pursue out-of-network reimbursement, we can provide itemized superbills with standard ADA codes and supporting clinical documentation for you to submit to your carrier. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan, and patients remain responsible for the fees charged by the practice regardless of the carrier's decision.

Payment, Insurance, and Financing Questions

Do you accept dental insurance?

We are a fee-for-service, out-of-network practice and do not accept dental insurance directly. We can provide documentation for patients who want to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Financing options include CareCredit, Cherry Financing, Proceed Finance, Affirm, and Klarna, along with selected in-house payment plans for eligible multi-stage treatment.

Yes. We review the recommended treatment and estimated fees before care begins. More involved plans may be presented in phases so the timing and cost of each stage are easier to understand.

Know the Numbers Before You Say Yes

Financing should make a sound treatment plan easier to manage, not make a larger treatment plan seem more attractive than it needs to be. For extensive care, we first review the clinical recommendation and estimated fees, then walk through the payment and financing paths that may make the plan workable. The financial plan should be as understandable as the dental one.
